We want you to love your smile. If you do not see any visible whitening after following the guarantee process below, we will provide a full refund (subject to these terms).
Eligibility & Required Steps
To qualify for the 100% Money‑Back Guarantee you must complete all of the following:
First Photo (Day 1 window)
Take a full-face selfie showing your teeth and hold the Smiles4Miles product in the same photo.
This photo must be emailed to us at ‘contact@smiles4miles.co.uk’ within 7 days of your order date.
Request Final Code
After we receive your first photo, you must request a final verification code by emailing us. (We will respond with the unique code.)
You must request the code before you submit the second (final) photo.
Second Photo (Final verification)
Within 28 days after we receive your first photo, take a second full-face selfie showing your teeth and holding a piece of paper with the unique code handwritten on it.
Email the second photo to ‘contact@smiles4miles.co.uk’. (This photo is your “after” picture.)
Return the product
After we review the photos, if the refund is approved you must return the product (even if partially used). Returns are sent at your cost. The refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Timing for a claim
All required photos and the request for the refund must be completed within 35 days of your order date (this allows 7 days for the first photo + up to 28 days for the second).
Photo Requirements (must be met to be eligible)
Full-face selfies showing your entire smile (not cropped close to only teeth).
First photo must include the product visibly held.
Second photo must include the unique code on a handwritten piece of paper held in the photo.
No filters, heavy editing, or masking allowed. Good lighting required.
Photos must be the original files (not screenshots of screenshots). Files should be JPG or PNG and under 10 MB.
Refund Conditions & Limits
Refunds are issued only if no visible whitening is observable between the first and second photos, per Smiles4Miles’ review.
Only one guarantee claim per order. Guarantee applies to first purchases only (no repeat claims).
We reserve the right to reject claims that appear fraudulent or do not comply with these terms (including staged or clearly manipulated photos).
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
How to Submit a Claim
Email first photo (within 7 days of order) to ‘contact@smiles4miles.co.uk’ with your name and order number.
After you receive confirmation from us, request your final verification code by email.
Take and email the second photo (with code) within 28 days of our receipt of your first photo.
If approved, follow return instructions we provide. Ship product back at your cost. Refund processed after return is received and inspected.

We may request additional information to validate a claim.
